Project descriptions are not an estimate
Each project shown describes what we did at one specific address, with its own subgrade, drainage and access. It is not a recommendation for yours. Slab thickness, base preparation and drainage decisions need someone standing on the actual ground, so ask us for a site visit and a written estimate.
Figures and outcomes
Any square footage, timeline or finish quoted here is what the named job actually involved. It is reported honestly and is not a guarantee of what a different property, scope or season will cost or take.
Enquiries
Sending an enquiry, or talking a job through over the phone, does not create a contract. Work begins only under a signed agreement setting out scope, price and schedule.
